Social Media and Dating

I’m beginning to think that social media is a better way to have a great date! I’m amazed at the wonderful and interesting people I’ve met through the social media like facebook and twitter. Over time you get to know them not just through how they interact with you but also by how they interact with other people. You get a sense of the type of person they are, the type of person they spend time to be in contact with and you get an idea of how they are in their other relationships. On online dating sites, you only get one side of them – how they are with you.
Our date lasted 8 hours – we both couldn’t believe how the time flew. Yup we had a great time and he was a great sport when it came to me taking some video shots. He tried to take some video of me bowling (he wasn’t the only one that got some strikes) but alas it hadn’t recorded. That little red button on my Flip Video camera can be a bit tough to press on and off sometimes. I’ll have to watch that in the future.
